I specialize in working with women who are facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, reactivity, life transitions, prenatal & postpartum challenges, parenting challenges, and identity struggles. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), traditional talk therapy, body movement, and mindfulness. I provide psychotherapy sessions in person or via telehealth. I also offer outdoor sessions.

Everyone’s path to healing looks different, so I work with you to find approaches that will work best for you. I work to guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself by utilizing your inherent strengths, and providing new tools and skills, in a relational and kind way. Talking in a safe and supportive environment can help you understand the causes of overwhelm or stress. Research and personal experience has shown me how effectively mindfulness can decrease emotional reactivity, stress, anxiety, and depression, and can increase attention and self-awareness in amazing and empowering ways. Optional outdoor sessions and body movement can offer a refreshing approach to your healing process as well.
